FL desktop crash and Texture problems

So i am playing freelancer for a at least 1 hour and just reached lv6. hit my cruse engines and games crashes to desktop.

after for a while, i fire up freelancer, play for a couple of hours then the game slows down. textures are missing or blinking on and off the screen. here are some screenshots

I think its the Graphics Card Overheating but not so sure. can anybody help out?

Do a reinstall, and update your graphics drivers. What card you got anyways?

I got a PNY GeForce 4 Ti 4200 64MB. Just checked the nVidia website for new drivers and yet to test them so i will now.

Have you got direct x9.0b? or whichever the direct x is these days too? Try installing that....

or are you using mods that increases your cruise speed that give's problems to

Yeah i have DX9b. I'm going to install the 1.3 SDK and see what happens.
