i cant get a ping on my server...what do i do

i started a very nice server called Joxer's Pirate Cove. i am Running Ioncross mk.III1 as well. but people cant join my server because it is not emitting a Ping...its always 0, 1, or 2. why is this and how do i Fix it?

im not sure whats wrong, but maybe try:
-if you have a router, it may be blocking it, check the firewall settings
-make sure that it is set to be internet available in FLserver.

otherwise try pinging yourself to check if it isnt your net connection. (which it likely isnt, since you can use IE just fine)
