All the text is so big...

because one of my disks in my PC crashed, I had to reinstall Windows, luckily the partition with FL wasn't touched, so I could keep on playing, but now all the text is soooooo big, the names of weapons com out of their boxes and so...

anyone got a suggestion on fixing this?

Welcome to TLR. One thing that I can suggest is to install the latest version of DirectX (9.0b). Oh, and you should probably update your graphics card drivers. Hmm, I think that the problem may be with XP's reading of the weapon/ship information, as it is in XML. Try installing an "XML Parser", such as the one that comes with Halo. That may also fix your problem.
