Some issue

I have the following problem: When people talk on planets, the sound works good but is not at the same time as you can see them speak. So I heard the sentence, but it looks like they are still speaking. What can I do about this?

It could be caused by a number of things, but firstly try installing the latest drivers for your sound card (what type do you have?), and also try updating to DirectX 9.0b.

I have this pc:

AMD XP 1700 + @ 1,46 Ghz 512MB RAM ATI Radeon 9600 256MB Sound Blaster Live Windows XP professional

And yes I have all the newest drivers.

It is my understanding that people have had some strange problems with FL when using 9600 cards. Search this forum, and perhaps try some of the solutions suggested, as it is possible that if the visuals and sound are going out of synch, then the audio is being "lost". Apart from that, I'll think about it some more for you.

Two last things; have you checked on microsoft.com, and have you got the latest versdion of DirectX?

I already had the problem last time I installed, I then had a geforce 4 mx

Great, now I can't continue anymore, there stands: awaiting mission objective and that's it. It's Microsoft again, they make a game with a huge bug in. They don't mind making a fix for it, they got there money so why should they?

Your sound card or sound settings could be going down hill, but I would advise reinstalling the sound card drivers, and then trying FL. After you uninstall your sound card drivers, use a program such as "Driver Cleaner" to remove all files, as uninstallations do not always remove all of the files. Therefore, these older driver files may be conflicting with the new drivers that you have.
