high ping kicking

We need a utility that kicks over a certain ping. We are having problems with people on dialup from overseas lagging our server to all hell. Is there anyone or is there a program that can kick for a certain ping? or make one?

are you sure its just thier connection and not the mods they may be using
which is much more likely
ive seen people on dialup from oz on a uk based server i play on and the lag to them is bearable and to others in the vicinity barely noticable
i know in an ideal world everyone would have a T3 but i doubt a couple of people on 56k would be so disruptive

I think you need to consolt with "server forum". This is techical troubleshouting.
