Removing level 38 cap without installing 1.1 patch

just out of curiousity , why would you , If you play SP, who cares what your level is , if you run a server you would want the patch installed if only to keep the modders in check

I know you have to remove the refrigerator door when placing it at the curb , but then the neighbours kid would get away for sure , damn moral dillema's

It is for a server(Dunt care about SP). And the reason is due to running a beta mod(1.0 FLServer) and if upgrade to 1.1 patch will have to do a complete rebuild of the mod. SO if there be away to remove the cap(Which there must be for the patch does it) then I would like to know how to do it.
