Rebalance Mod Problems

I am having trouble with the rebalance 3.20 mod and flmm beta 7. when i start up the game it crashes to the desktop and i dunno why. i installed everything correctly and am lost. any suggestions?...

try a non beta version of flmm like 1.2 (never used the rebalance mod so i am kinda shooting in the dark here)
