27th level rank

Hi there. I can't go any further than 27th level of rank. I've finished SP, got 3mln credits, explored all the galaxy, and? What I have to do to achieve 28 and higher ranks? In my status in the field "NExt rank requirenement" (or so) is written "Mission". I've completed many missions on variety planets, ships, and so on. What's the problem???
PS: I havent got patch 1.1 installed.

It is a known bug unfortunately the only fix is loading an older game (the last one after the SP missions and go frm there again)

To fix this simply run the setup program from the freelancer CD again and choose Reinstall. It won't delete your saved games or anything. Then when you restart the game the 'mission' requirement should be gone and you can continue progressing through levels.
