Bug After Mission 13

Has anyone encountered this bug at all?
Its after mission 13 when you activate the hypergate system and you're suuposed to go back to freelancing and you are left in Liberty. When i start to pick up work, the "amount to next level" keeps dropping after each mission i do whilst freelancing and eventually it goes bellow my player worth and i'm stuck as a level 18 player!!!
Has anyone had a problem like this and how do you get around it?

The Level that drop is your amount of money. The meter below "Current worth" is the money you have to earn to get to the next level. If i understanded your problem correct

Just earn more money!
