How do you load a mod on a CD to modmanager?

I have had loads of problems trying to download TNG 1.55 full & the patch (32 M using my ISP namely AOL. Somebody suggested it could be a problem with the limitations imposed by the terms of service, i.e. no big files.

I sidestepped the problem by going to an Internet cafe, downloading the files using a broadband connection and saving the zip files to a CD, in half an hour.

Now at home, I can't figure out how to load the zip files onto/into the Mod manager. I can get them to the desktop, but I can't get them into FLMM 1.2

Before posting this message I searched the forums and have read many other posts, but nothing really matches to my problem. I have tried changing different directories and other suggestions, but to no avail.

Can anyone offer a solution?

Corporal.

Try reading this, good luck! Next time please post 'how to use mods' questions here. I would actually move your thread, but maybe later so that you can easily find your thread.

I chose this particular forum, because I read and understood the how to use the mods forum, but this was not related to how to use mods, more how to use technology! Sorry.
