strange crash..Fl won''t start anymore ( crashes after the i

i've benn playing this game for a long time but then:
when I launch FL it crashes after the 3 intros to the desktop,i reinstalled/uninstalled it ,launched it again..and: It happens again!
THIS CAN'T BE NORMAL!!!

pleez help me anyone...

go to;
c:\my documents\my games\freelancer\accts\single player

and delete
autosave.fl

if that doesnt work, delete restart.fl as well

Just my $0.02, but it could just be the cardamine talking.

sorry..no effect...now it takes 'bout 2 min to start and still crashes...
already updated my DirectX and Graphics drivers...

I have absolutely no idea what is wrong with this **** game....!!!
