Interspace Commerce Reputation Is Not Displayed

As the topic says, when I bring up the screen where your reputations with factions are displayed, they are all there except for Interspace Commerce. I have no idea how long it has been like this, since I only noticed it today. I am playing multiplayer on the Elite server. Any help that anyone can offer would be appreciated.

Have you landed on an IC station? Since they have no ships you won't meet them that way.

I am 100% that sure I landed on Newark Station at the begining of the game. I would have tried to land again before making this post but since I am hostile with them that would not have been easy. I might as well still try it though, so I am off to kill some Lane Hackers.

I landed on Newark Station and my Interspace Commerce reputation was displayed. I know for sure that I landed there when I first started my character because that is the very first thing that I always do. What I think happened if I remember correctly is that when I landed there the first time that was a lot of lag as to put the indicator in the red this probably caused the server to somehow not notice that I had been there and not make my reputation visible.
