Patched server and Not leveling up after the patch?

Anyone else got lvl38 characters that arent leveling up even though there well beyond the next level requirement for lvl39?

I've tested it running my own server, and can get lvl40+ but on my main server none of my existing characters or any new characters I make will go above 38.

edit: and yes the server IS patched

Nope bog standard. Not very active just now so cant check if anyone else has the same problem. Tempted to start again, but I've 5 lvl38's on there and dont want to loose them all again.

Looks like it was a bad server patch install, working now.
