FL Server with 2 nics and wrong ip adress

Hi there ,

I has an big problem with start my flserver now.

Now when i start the fl server , he get the local ip from the ethernet card.

I have on 10 mbbit ethernet card for dsl and one 100mbit for ics with direct ip 192.168.xxx.xxx.

Now when i start the server runs only in local area network and not in internet.

I testet to exchange the nics and i installed direct x 9.0a that brins nothing.
After this i install Windows XP new but after configurate the network i start the server again and he get the same local ip.

please help me .

It is possibl to start the flserver.exe eit option behind , or can i change the ethernet card in direct play?????

I have the exact same problem.

I have an inward facing NIC for the local network (192.168.x.x) and an outward facing NIC for the ADSL connection. I also run Sygate Home Network to provide NAT and ICS.

I have to turn off Sygate Network and disable the inward facing NIC in order to get FLServer to run - hence I can't realistically open my machine up to MP games

I also experience constant lock-ups when playing MP - I can get into the server listing screen and join a game but cannot exit the game without FL locking up (ie if I press F1 then 'Select New Server' or 'Exit to Main Menu' then it locks up), also if I try to join a server that is full it comes up with the 'server full' message and then locks up.

I've just about had it with this game - I do enjoy the game but the constant tech issues are causing me to lose interest.
