Run 2 instances of FL ?

Is it possible to run 2 (or more) instances of Freelancer ?
If so, how ?

I would like to be able to use a dummy character to transfer funds from 1 of my characters to another.

Only way I can think of it (without 2 pc's) is running 2 instances of FL.

Hehe just kidding.. I'm not sure if you can but you better be sure you have enough RAM to support both instances.

I dont think you can since the server won't allow 2 connections from the same AccountID, I know this because I once left my computer at home connected to a FL server and I couldn't connect to the server with my work computer. The server said "there is already a Player with that account connected".

Try to find a cool person on the server and give them your cash, and ask them to transfer it to ur other character, maybe offer them 10% or something, there is no way to have two FLs running at once....
