CAN''T CONNECT:-p

HI, I HAVE A PROBLEM GAINING ACCESS TO SERVERS ON THE LIST, WHEN IM IN THE GAME AND A LIST OF AVAILABLE SERVERS COMES UP I CONNECT, THEN A ERROR SHOWS UP STATING- (I'M SORRY, BUT THE ACCOUNT NAME AND PASSWORD YOU PROVIDED ARE NOT VALID ON THIS SERVER.BE SURE THAT YOU TYPED YOUR ACCOUNT NAME AND PASSWORD CORRECTLY AND TRY AGAIN.)

I RECENTLY UPGRADED TO XP WINDOWS AND REINSTALLED FREELANCER .

THIS ERROR SHOWS UP WHEN CONNECTING TO ALL SERVERS PLZZ HELP.

Yup. did the same thing myself. You need to go back to your old installation and run the myflaccountid html application in the .exe directory. This will give you the hex key to type into your new fl installation (you may have to reinstall again to be presented with that option).

This transfers allof you MP account info to your new installation.

If you've trashed your old installation, then you got no chance.

thnx for the repy, i reinstalled it for a second time and now it works, go figure :-P
