Freeze always when u get in on the first cockpit...

Geforce 2 GTS (nvidia 30.82) Obs.: Tried with 40.xx+ but I got just more problems..

OK, when I've tried with demo, the game crashes when I see the first Ship cockpit (the one which the Japa Girl om bar, gives to u), when u have a misson to scort another ship. I just see the objective (destroy the others emenie ships), and the game crash right after it....I've bought the full version, and I've been getting the same problem...I see the introductions, all videos, the bar, the other section where u get the ship, BUT, when game shows the first cockpit, crash!
Anyone have any idea about why I'm getting this problem??
