Server list wont show

I tried to join a FL MP server just to see how it is but when i click on multiplayer -> internet I dont see any servers. It just says "Connecting to global server" and thats it. Also I have zone alarm up and running but it hasnt warned at all and asked if i wanted to let FL access the internet. It justs sits there doing nothing! I connect to the internet with a DI-604 router and that router has firewall all turned off.

it wont work with zonealarm running. even if you give it access.

Open up ports 2302-2304 on your router, see if that helps.

I'm having the same problem. It's just "Connecting to global server" endlessly. I tried to resolve the problem using the command line:

freelancer -s<server:port> but when freelancer launches, I go to multiplayer>internet, and it's the same damn thing. Nothing in multiplayer>LAN either.

I've also tried using fldirectip.hta, unfortunately, it doesn't work either.

PLEAS HLEP DOODZ.

im havin the same prob.. my tryin to set up a server, but cant get anywhere ive even tried editing the server config to find my ip direct but it still looks for global continuously cant get any where plz help..
