I installed Freelancer just fine on my computer, but when I try to install it for my brother on his (which is more advanced then mine), it brings up this message when the installation program starts.

"unable to find (could not read) language specific setup resource .dll."

I might have to return the game, but I don't want to until I know exactly what the problem.

All I know about his system specs are that they are definately up to requirements for Freelancer. Any thoughts?
