Have had FL run before, made mod, Reinstalled, now cant run

I have had a problem, As you may have seen, i am a FL modder. I recently reinstalled the game, and now i cant run the game, it loads the game, i see all the opening splash screens, when its loading the INI files, it crashes, im gonna do a full uninstall, then tourch the FL folder, then reinstall, if anyone knows why its acting up, i would love to know.

PS. I havent changed a thing after reinstalling it, also i have just installed the Java Runtime Enviroment and and FreeLancer Mod Manager

Have you tried moving your saves folder? Or deleting your auto-save file?

Nog

Before you mod, always install a copy of Freelancer just to run mods on. Freelancer's game engine was not designed to mod with (or else freelancer would be able to handle a simple +gamedir command line switch), so you must behave as if every mod will trash your install.

I just had this problem after using Reynen's MOD.

To solve the problem, delete autosave AND all savegames made while using the MOD.

Note this: deleting only autosave doesn't work...
