Fraunhofer codec

Where do i get the Fraunhofer Codec from? i cant find it on my system anywhere!

hello... i have follow the support (http://support.microsoft.com/default.as ... -us;814549)

but there is no "http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;814549" in my audioconfig!

where can i find it elsewhere or dont i have it? i have tried just installing it, but i still dont get it...

help!
