Rare bugs - Anyone else got this prob?

Everytime time I log onto a MP game I am unable to buy anything, Ship repairs, weapons or new ships everytime I do this I am booted to server select. MSoft say install DX9.0a done that no joy!...done format reinstall no joy!..all drivers are up to date on al parts of PC and still can not get MP to work <sigh>.

The way its looking is to now give up on FL and wait and see if a patch every eventuates that may fix this problem. As playing through SP a few times has lost it appeal once you have become richer than the governments and have a nasty ship to fly.

All I can hope for is MS to have a good look at there game and fix alot of probs that seem to be jumpin up for a few of us. As FL is a great game, just some of us can not really get the best part by playing online with some great people out there.

Asus Geforce 4 TI 4600 Ultra Running Latest Nvidia Drivers
Swann Smart II 56k Modem..Latest drivers
AC97 Sound
Direct x 9.0a have recently updated hoping that it would work with the A version as the 9.0 version I heard was a cause of some online probs. No joy there though as well.
Windows ME at the moment, also tried XP and 98 all same problem.

Have also tried playing via a 128K ISDN connection to see if the dial up 56k was not good enough but alas same problem still. I am unable toi get any better net connection then those 2 so can't try ADSL etc.

Also of note is that any MSoft game now I can not get to run online, this includes Dungeon Siege I also played now unable to play as well <sigh>. But any other non MS I can still play so a rather weird bug. I been playing Neverwinter Nights online and have no problems with that, play Counter Strike, Diablo 2 as well they all run fine.
