Reinstall but keep saves

I was wondering if i was to reinstall the game would i be able to keep my saved games or would the be deleted when i remove freelancer

Only if you tell it to remove them during the install proccess, and the saved games are saved in the My Documents folder anyways, so you can delete the whole Freelancer directory and you'll still have them.
