Mouse Problem in Multiplayer

When I go to the Multiplayer Menu in the game. And click on the INTERNET games option. I find that my MOUSE moves around the
screen very slow and gerky when I get to the screen that shows the different Servers you can connect too. But when I click a Server Name, and go to the next screen were you type your Player Name etc before connecting. The MOUSE is fine.

This problem does not happen at all with the MOUSE if I click the LAN Games option.

Do you let the list finish pinging the servers first? Sometimes if I try to do stuff while it's pinging the mouse moves slow.
