Consistant Crash *Willard Mission*

Have played Freelancer for 2 weeks with absolutely zero problems.
Without being spoily... With Juni racing to the rescue. All goes well
until a specific point. Captain of Cruiser we are with radios those
we are rushing to rescue and I get to watch my machine reboot.

I restarted the game at an earlier save point, played up to this scene,
and at the exact same moment another crash.

I have upgraded from DX 9 to 9a
I have wiped my saved games folder
I have re-installed
I have un-installed then re-installed
I have manually replaced all files from the CABs on the CD
I have tried lesser video and audio performance settings in-game
I have tried lesser video and audio performance settings outside game
I have re-played the SP game from the beginning

Anyone else find a specific point on a specific mission where they
always experience a crash?

D'oh. I obviously didnt do enough reading before I posted this.

It seems several folks have had this roblem, and it may be
sound related. Off to download media player 9 and update my
audio codecs.
