how to edit ini

how do you edit the FL ini files. I can't seem to see anything but garbage, I'm using window98, I'm able to edit my system.ini files but can't do the same with FL.

is there a special editor I need.

Take a look in the Ediditng Forum.

And yes, you need to download a bini program, which I atm cant find in the DL sections....shrug...wonder where it went.

Anyhow, you should look in the Freelancer Ediditing Forum for this question.
