As soon as the load screen comes up the HD light goes solid and the system hardlocks. I can't even get past the first 5 mins of the game because it freezes when I try and land on Pittsberg. It happens in both single and multiplayer modes. Its really starting to tick me off so any help would be greatly apprechiated

I have the newest soudcard drivers, WinXP w/ SP1, ATI Cat3.1 drives, and DX9.
