fraction bug?

a friend started with the single player but from the beginning he was totaly neutral to everyone
as i remember in the very beginning u should be very friendly with liberty police and other closeby 'good' fractions

since everyone is totaly neutral there are no job offers in the bars

is starting again with a totaly new game the only solution?
he s just at pittsburgh atm so not very far at all but this would suck if it would happen much later in the game and u need some jobs badly

I remember that when I started that I ignored the initial invitation to meet
Juni for my first mission and I had to walk around on the station a couple
of times between the rooms to meet her @ the equipment dealer ...

Perhaps something similar is happening here. If he has a ship and is
flying around there should be some good and bad factions though.

Amazing...I only just replied to someone who said the same thing as you, except the other way around. You both refer to 2 MP games...one being all neutral, and another where you're allies with "good guys" and hostile with criminals.

Like I said in the other thread, the latter one is the way it's supposed to be. So if it's all neutral then the admin must've changed something. That's all I can say, giving my limited knowledge on the matter.
