Mission 3 Work-around
Forgive me if this is duplicate information, but I don't have time to read the whole board.
A couple days ago I noticed other people were having the same problem as me with Mission 3, and a few couldn't use the stickied sound fix at the top of this forum.
If you stall with three neutral ships in front of you and can't land anywhere, then:
1) Restart the mission
2) Fly straight out from the start, and do not go towards the waypoint.
3) Enter the asteroid field.
3) You will encounter the ships in the field and somehow the script works right there.
