Stuck Lvl 18-19

I've finished the SP story line and now I've gotten 10K creds more than I need to go to Level 19 yet nothing is happening. I've done two missions since going a few hundred creds over.

Is there some other criteria than just money?

As posted quite a few times here, the amount to next level is not the Total you need, but how much More you need.
