Server is going down

When ever one of my buddies tryes to connect to my private server, he gets the error message ; Could not connect to server, server will shut down (not ecsacly what is says but something like that) this could be caused by internet problems..

PS: i get the same problem when connecting to one of theirs.. and i can play on other MP servers without problems!

The Server is pinging out or under strain or crashing or your connection is aka lag. Had that when the owner of one I play in decided to burn a CD with out warning us, only did Once he had started. Could have given us 5 mins warning to finish any missions or atleast dock somewhere.
