Are the servers down?

For some reason my thing just sits there and says connecting to global network...i registerd and all...can someone explain what is wrong and how i can fix it???

I am having the same prob ... it just wont connect to the global server ....

i have even had people say Add the Ip with -s ect ect

but no good .... it still doesnt come up O:

plez .. both of us need someone to help us out ... any ideas at all
