Global servers down? No manual connection?

I haven't been able to get a server list since lastnight and I have been trying to connect manually to E2. I did the shortcut and I can't get it to pop-up "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\EXE\Freelancer.exe" -s4.65.241.222:2302.
http://www.flserver.com/serverstatus.htm Has it listed as working, am I doing something wrong?

To get the actual IP address of E2, perform a ping against flserver.com, or you can try using /Sflserver.com:2302.

It is using a dynamic IP, and DNS2GO.

They need to update the sever list in the top topic. It has E2 as only one IP.
