Backing up your FL server

Is there a way to backup your FL server periodicly? I want to be able to save data in case of crashes so that players don't lose their progress. So far I see nothing regarding backups.

Check out the Readme file in the Extras folder on the CD.

They could have been nice and named it MPManual or FLServer Manual or something. Plus, hiding it in the Extras folder didnt help.
