lvl10 freigher shiled

ok there is a lvl 10 freighter shield on crete (cosair homeworld) which freighter can use that, the humpbak (reinland ship) can only take lvl8

it also says it's for a heavy freighter :S (humpback a norm freighter)

Maybe there are more pilotable ships? Maybe even hidden or secret ones?

Who came up with the current list of ships and how?

No freighters in the current game can use a class 10 shield.
