How do I get in Chugoku?

I can't go there via Hokkaido becaus ethey are working on that jump gate and I can't find a jump hole for it in Honshu... Could anyone tell me how to get there?

ask in an adjacent system in one of the bars for a jumphole, just keep going back to the bars eventually someone will pop up with a rumor and you will be able to find it
