WTF? I am trying to log on to a non-restricted server - any server - but the game says, "Please wait. The operation is taking longer than expected." Then, after three minutes, it finally says my "password is incorrect."

How do I fix this? I tried logging on to a restricted server so I could verify that my password field was blank - it is - but still no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
