LAN possible?

Hi, i haven't purchased Freelancer yet mainly because i am unsure of whether LAN is possible with only one copy of the game. Is a Cd Key needed? If so, is it possible to use the same Cd Key over a LAN network? And would it be possible to play over the internet with 2 people on a LAn?

Any help would be cool and extremely welcome, i need to know this before i go and rush out and buy my copy of this AMAZING game.

You need to have the CD in the drive to play.

so if you want to play two players.. you have to buy two copies, if you want 3 players. you have to buy another copy.. unless you found some other way.. lol.
share cd-rom drives using windows. map the drive.
