status and reputation

hi again !
i have a new question : when you play on a server you ve got a reputation in your status but if you make a break disconecting and restart FL you conect on the same server and the same character you can see your réputation return neutral ...is it normal ???? why ? game bug ? game make like this ? stupidity from conceptors ??

you do not get any reputation in freelacer and if you quit a sever and join anotherone you start all over
