Favorite Servers?

So where does everyone play?
Are there any reputable admins running servers that plan on keep them up for a while?
Preferably 128 player servers... but reliability is more impoartant.

Elite, E2 and TLR. All three will stay up 24/7 or try to.

What about IP addresses?

E2 ---> 4.65.241.222:2302

All these servers have pretty low max players...
They have pretty decent system specs too. What does it take to run a good 128 player server? A game like this really needs have larger communities, imo.

I boatload of CPU muscle!!

RAM and pipeline aren't near as important as the CPU. These servers have pretty much found their "target" numer of players (except Elite which is yet to convert to gold). Target number referrs to the max player that it can handle and stay stable. If you think you can host more than these, then by all means please do! And can I offer any help?

I wish!
That's a big dissapointment, though. Maybe they will be able to reduce the cpu load in future patches...

how reliable is a 128 server, when their is a new patch does it make everybody start over again? how bad would it lag? and if im correct to keep the place of how far you are you have to play the same server, so if it crashes would i have to start over?

No "Durtee" is a variation of my normal game name "Dirty".
"Durtee" just seemed more space-like...
