Freelancer Server & Traffic Rate...

Hi folks. I have been considering firing up a server myself but the question before I do this is "how much traffic" does one such server create ? Is there anyway to check this ?

I've been running a server for some time now (In beta) and it definitely seems that the major factor is the CPU. Freelancer does not use much network bandwidth at all.

Even few users can bring a moderately fast (2ghz) computer down. The amount of memory also matters quite a bit. I'm still studying this, but I am sure Stinger can bring more insights on this issue

But definitely, CPU before Network.

Chatting really spikes the CPU. :\

Chatting stresses the CPU, and the CPU is going to be the bottleneck on most servers I suspect.
