Multiplayer server options?

I had read somewhere that there was the ability to configure the multiplayer server such as starting equipment and cash ..

Where do I find these settings? so far I've only found the basic options ..

"Allow new players"
"Make your server internet accessable"
"Allow players to harm other players"

Can anyone point me in the direction of a config file that allows me to specify game parameters? is it even possible? I'm not very satisfied with the limited amount of administrative options for the server so far..

/c, and /pXXXX
/c will auto start the server
/pXXXX is the port, where XXXX is the port number

Try looking at the drop down menus once the server starts!

I dont see anything about starting money or equipment in the pull downs, which pull down are you referring to?

the command line

flserver.exe /c /p1234

auto starts the fl server on port 1234

What do any of these command line options have to do with the Topic? He asked if there was a way to change Starting Money, Ships and other stuff, not what port to start on. He stated he knew those, why are you guys repeating the same stuff?
