Problem running dedicated server

Problem running dedicated server

I have access to a server sitting on a DS3 connection..

I need to be able to run the server as a service so that it can survive the logout, I have software to run it as a service, but the problem is that the server requires me to press "ok" before it launches each time..

Any solutions? are there command line options I don't know of? or has someone already figured out a workaround?

I found the answer myself

I got frustrated .. flserver.exe /A no .. /B .. no .. /C .. AHH!

flserver.exe /C launches the server automagically .. no more prompting for the settings..

You da man!

I was looking for something like that,

I even tried the old favorites of flserver /?, /h and /help
but strangely enough there isn't any command line help available...

What we need now is a web based admin tool for a running server
a la UnrealTournament...

Yeah! .. that would be great, I don't know enough about the game to do something like that myself just yet, still learning.

Heck, I'm not even that great of a player yet

The next issue is to get it to run as a service in XP, I'm trying a few options.. once I get it the way I want, it will be riding on a very fast backbone on a duel proc. machine 24/7..

So if anyone has any success doing something like that let me know!
