totally unable to reach global server

Well no matter what i try i cannot reach the global list server to show list of games currently running, even if i host a game myself and specify ports and ips.

Its not just me however, i have a friend on a different isp who has the exact same problem, so its not just my isp, and no im not behind a firewall.

PS I dont remember whose post i read to try to ping the FLLISTSERVER.ZONE.MSN.COM and it never is able to reach the server. So whats the deal?

tried it manual specification of ports and ips doesnt work
