What about a Police Group?

We have pirates uniting in a group.
I propose a Police Group which will hunt down the pirates! Like the aforementioned pirates it shouldn't be a clan. Just a bunch of viginates.
Are there banks in multiplayer?
We can store all the money somewhere (or give it to a player and name him bulsar) so that all the ship repairs/basic weapons would be paid from the treasury. Also we could hire mercs if we're outnumbered.

if we do this we shouldn't call ourselves vigilantes, bounty hunters is a better term ( i dont know if we could pick up bounties but it just sounds better)
