Connection to the Global Server

So I have an problem, i am working on that over 3 days and have got some informations in German Forums, but all dont worked. I was on the Microsoft Support and I dont got More Infos.
So I still start the Game.... I am on the Menu I klick on Mp -> Internet so But I dont find 1 server. I have 0 server in list.
I have port 2300-2400 open
I tried *.exe" -s ip:port
I tried to change some in Freelancer.ini by the listserver.
i tried the alll seying eye
i tried xFire
I tried Globel Server Connection Tool
I tried reinstall the game
i tried Directx problems
I tried the SDK
I tried all

I have Fritz!box WLan Fon 7170
1&1 4DSL 16.000 kbs
Laptop:
Terra Neon 2 v2 (search google for english informations)
Win XP Pro Sp2

So PLEASE HELP ME!!!

check your firewall or anti virus programs usually they ask for permission before they let you on
