Modding on Server side

I've been messing around in FL explorer, and made a little test mod with a few new systems. I have installed it using FLMM, but do I need to do anything special to get my server to run it?

I know there is a difference in serverside and clientsides mods. But how do I create these 2 different versions and how do I get a server to run the mod.

you activate the mod through flmm to get it to run but that is client side.server side stuff is what you do to the file themselves take forinstance adding battleships thats serverside adding nomads thats server side changeing reps giving players neutral reps mp mpney how the charater looks where players start all that is server side. client side is with system mods like jump gates and planets.
