Edit yourself:
Warp yourself to Planet Toledo, Omicron Minor. Give yourself some money.

In game:
Buy an Anubis.
Buy guns, turrets, mines, CDs, CMs.

Edit yourself again:
Change your ship to "Order Ship (SPECIAL Elite)"
Change your shield if you like.
Change your weapons anyway you like.
and anything else you want to change. I changed my contrails to armor multipliers.
Remember to warp yourself out of O-Minor.
