What do the Xenos Fly in MP (Liberty)

I have been having allot of problems killing Xenos in Liberty. I am playing on the RAW server that runs the Boston Serverside Mod. I have a defender with two scorpion guns, two drail guns, an Eraser missle, and a level 3 turrent gun (don't remember the type right now). Any time I fight the Xenos it takes two to three times longer to kill one then a hacker or rogue.

Are they flying some heavily armored ship?

Any help/clues on Killing these guys would be appreciated. They seem to be jumping me every chance they get.

all the ships are the same as in SP its just that the Xenos tendency to spin over and over and over confuses the lock when you put the target riticule over the cross hair the computer is supposed to fire in front of the ship to get a direct hit but the xenos just spin and thus, moving the area where the computer fires in front of the ship so you get a lot of you shooting in circles around the xenos. if there was a way to turn the lock off, killing xenos would be alot easier

I wish player ships can do that... spinning to confuse enemies. But anyway, use your judgment when shooting. Don't solely rely on the crosshair.
