Freelancer Admin Ships

Ok so i got TNG 2.7 running but i can't work out how to assign the admin ships in ioncross. and editing the ship file doesn't work so help please?

At the IFSO page "Players" choose your nicname.
Press "Edit player" button, then press "OK".
Now you can find the admin ship (or any one you like) at the field "Ship"
Change weapon, shield, ets.
Save changes.
Play the game. You have the new ship.
